Why do people discuss people? Is it just for the kick one gets out of discussing the qualities one possess or, well, as it is most of the times, lacks? Most of you will confer. Pardon me, I prefer to differ. In any pure discussion pertaining to people, there is a subtle thread associated with the concerns or care one has for the individual under the lens. If you start digging deeper, in any constructive people discussion , the web of despair, which seems to be called in because you are frustrated or hurt by something they did, is closely knit with a genuine welfare and liking for the individual on the table. To the people discussing, the person being discussed seems to be going away, you fear losing them. It's not just that the venting up of one's anger or frustration is the goal, as it is in most of the discussions; no, there is more than meets the eye in an unbiased hashing out.
